The Sterling Place subdivision is located in NW Gainesville off NW 43rd Street and NW 73rd Avenue. This neighborhood incorporates winding streets and multiple cul-de-sacs. It was developed in three phases by GW Robinson Builders Inc. in the early 1990's. The 77 homes have between a quarter acre to nearly half an acre lots.
Homeowner's Association: Sterling Place has mandatory membership in an HOA with recorded deed restrictions. The HOA also maintains all common areas, the single entrance and the brick wall at the front of the subdivision. Currently managed by Trippe Management with a Board of Directors comprised of home owners.
