2008 Spring Parade of Homes
April 14th, 2008 3:39 PM

The 2008 Builder's Association of North Central Florida Spring Parade of Homes begins on April 19 through April 27. Weekend hours are 1-6 PM and 5-7 PM Weekdays. $5 for general admission, people 16 and under are free. Clients accompanied by their Realtors are also free.

The following neighborhoods will be on the parade: Creekside Villas at Turkey Creek in Alachua, Belmont off 241 North, Turnberry Lake also off 241 North, Ellis Park off NW 98th Street, Town of Tioga off West Newberry Road, Arbor Greens also off Newberry Road, Ridgemont off Newberry Road, Cottages of Country Way in Newberry, Longleaf off Archer Road, Tower 24 off Tower Road, Brytan off Archer Road, and Carollton off SW 122nd Street or Parker Road.

I hope to get some great ideas (I'm looking to remodel a master bathroom) and see some beautiful homes.
