It was really interesting to see how the auction was attended, what the format would be, and how hot a condo could get with all those in attendance crammed into one unit. It was hot. Three were sold absolute: 303 for $225,000, 210 for $165,000 and 309 for $180,000. Prices are before the 10% buyers premium. Some nice deals. Congrats to the high bidders!
