Congratulations to Gail! We represented Gail on the purchase of her new home in Blues Creek! Blues Creek is a great community with homes starting in the low $100k's. There are a lot of homes on the market and if you would like a complete list of homes in Blues Creek or other subdivision in Gainesville or Alachua County please send me an e-mail. Enjoy your new Gail and don't forget to homestead at the Alachua County Property Appraiser's office.
